Author’s Guidelines

Techno India Journal of Strategic Business Mind (TIJSBM) is a rigorously peer-reviewed academic journal committed to publishing high-quality and impactful research that integrates theoretical insights with practical applications in the fields of business strategy, management, and organizational studies. Available in online format, the journal follows a scholarly publication model and disseminates research of the highest academic standard across diverse domains of strategic business thinking. TIJSBM aims to build a comprehensive repository of contemporary research while ensuring the timely dissemination of innovative ideas, frameworks, and strategic insights.

Submission of original research implies that the authors are presenting work undertaken by them and that the manuscript adheres strictly to research publication ethics appropriate for a peer-reviewed journal. All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism, and the responsibility for providing authentic, verifiable, and reproducible data rests solely with the authors. Research articles may include empirical studies, conceptual frameworks, case-based analyses, or methodological contributions with significant implications for academia, industry, and policy. Review articles, appropriately and extensively referenced, should present a comprehensive synthesis of current knowledge in specific areas of strategic business and management research. TIJSBM welcomes such contributions and endeavours to publish them, following peer review and ethical compliance, without any charge to the authors.

Authors further affirm that their submission constitutes original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Upon publication, TIJSBM retains the copyright of the published material. Authors are not permitted to reproduce any part or the entirety of the published article without prior written permission from the Editor of TIJSBM or the publisher, Techno India, Kolkata.

In addition, conference papers proposed for publication in TIJSBM must conform to the same rigorous standards applied to regular journal submissions. Specifically, the peer review process mandates: a minimum of three independent written reviews by impartial experts with no affiliation to the paper or its authors a review framework that supports major and minor revisions, wherein revised manuscripts are re-evaluated by the original reviewers comprehensive assessments of correctness, originality, novelty, and significance, ensuring that submissions are evaluated as complete scholarly works with all necessary academic components
